ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY, CHIEF JUDGE

On June 28, 2021, petitioners and respondent filed separate status reports in this case. In those reports, petitioners and respondent state that the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida issued an order of discharge in the bankruptcy case involving petitioners on October 28, 2021. Respondent attached to his report a copy of the discharge order. Also on June 28, 2021, petitioners filed a motion to determine dischargeability of income taxes for 2013.

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the stay of proceedings in this case is lifted, and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition in due course. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 3, 2021, respondent shall file a response to petitioners' above-described motion.
