ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge.

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 14, 2022, for cases in which Louisville, Kentucky, is the place of trial.

On January 12, 2022, petitioner filed a motion for extension of time to complete discovery. On January 13, 2022, petitioner filed a motion for extension of time and exhibits in support of that motion.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 14, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's motion for extension of time to complete discovery filed January 12, 2022 and petitioner's motion for extension of time filed January 13, 2022.
