BY ORDER OF THE COURT.
The appellees' motion to consolidate for panel and appendices purposes only in case number 2D12–2951 is granted to the extent indicated in the last paragraph of this court's order of October 1, 2012. This has no effect on the requirement that a full record be prepared in appeal 2D12–2951.
The appellant's corrected motion to supplement the record in case number 2D12–2951 is denied.
The appellant's motion for review of order granting stay in case number 2D12–2951 is granted. Because we view the circuit court's August 14, 2012, order granting in part and denying in part defendants' joint motion to stay final judgment as an impermissible modification and enlargement of the appellees' rights under the final judgment, we disapprove of the order and direct the court to lift the stay.
The petitioner's petition for writ of prohibition in case number 2D12–4275 is denied. In addition, the petitioner's and respondents' motions for attorney's fees in case number 2D12–4275 are denied.
