MEMORANDUM OPINION

Aaron Lamar Whitlow's notice of appeal from the trial court's order was filed in this Court on May 31, 2007. By letter dated October 24, 2007, we directed appellant to notify the Court, within ten days, that he had either paid for the clerk's record or was entitled to proceed without payment. We further warned appellant that if we did not receive the documentation within that time, we would dismiss the appeal without further notice. To date, we have not received either the clerk's record or any correspondence from appellant regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b).
