William Conrad WHITE, Applicant–Appellant, v. STATE of Iowa, Respondent–Appellee.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Polk County, Michael D. Huppert, Judge. William C. White appeals from the denial of his application for postconviction relief, filed almost thirty years after he pled guilty to second-degree murder. AFFIRMED. William C.
