ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge.

This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's April 11, 2022, Detroit, Michigan trial session. On March 24, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance. In his motion, respondent stated that petitioners do not object to the Court granting the motion. On April 1, 2022, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues resolving most issues raised in the Notice of Deficiency.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed March 24, 2022, is granted, and this case is hereby stricken from the Court's April 11, 2022, Detroit, Michigan trial session and is continued generally. 1
