ORDER
BE IT REMEMBERED on the 12th day of April 2004 the Court was presented with the plaintiff's motion "to supplement the record with defendant's response to plaintiff's request for discovery" [#52] filed March 31, 2004, and thereafter, enters the following:
IT IS ORDERED that the plaintiff's motion is DENIED. Judgment was entered in this case on March 22, 2004, based on the record before the Court and the plaintiff presents no pleading nor bona fide reason to supplement the record upon which judgment was based.
