Appellants have filed a motion to dismiss their appeal. The motion contains a certificate of service to appellees, who have not opposed the motion. Therefore, we grant the motion and dismiss the appellants' appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(2). The cross-appellants' appeal is retained on the docket of this court. See id. Costs will be assessed upon the final disposition of the cross-appeal.
