This is an executive officer suit. This matter was consolidated for purposes of trial with another suit entitled, Whitaker et al. v. Church's Fried Chicken, Inc., no. 12714 on the docket of this court. For the reasons given in the opinion 373 So.2d 1371 this date rendered in suit no. 12714, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are to be paid by plaintiff-appellant, as provided by law.

AFFIRMED.
