By Order served September 21, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee. On November 13, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that petitioner had failed to pay the filing fee. On November 28, 2023, petitioner paid the filing fee. The Court will vacate the Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction and thereby allow this case to go forward.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that the Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered November 13, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside.
