FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCES, § 34pre-existing debt as consideration for deed. In action to set aside warranty deed as fraudulent for want of consideration, where grantors were indebted to grantee at time of conveyance in sum in excess of $2,000, and under evidence, value of interest conveyed was estimated to be between $1,800 and $4,000, pre-existing debt was good consideration as against other creditors.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Menard county; the Hon. A. CLAY WILLIAMS, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in this court at the October term, 1946;
