Scott Ralph WHEELOCK aka Scott Wheelock, Appellant v. KERR COUNTY, Headwaters Groundwater Conservation District, Kerr County Emergency Services District #2, Kerr County Lateral Roads, Upper Guadalupe River Authority, Harper Independent School District, Appellee

From the County Court at Law, Kerr County, Texas Trial Court No. 21317A Honorable Rex Emerson, Judge Presiding

Sitting: Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice, Beth Watkins, Justice, Liza A. Rodriguez, Justice

ORDER

Beth Watkins, Justice.

The panel issued its opinion in this appeal on February 22, 2023. On March 9, 2023 and March 13, 2023, appellant filed documents that we construed as motions for rehearing, and we denied those motions on March 20, 2023. This court's plenary power over the judgment in this appeal expired 30 days later, on April 19, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 19.1(b). We issued our mandate on June 12, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 18.1.

On February 20, 2024, appellant filed a motion asking us to revisit this appeal because he has received new documents that he contends are relevant to his claims. Because our plenary power over this appeal has expired, we lack authority to vacate or modify our judgment. See Tex. R. App. P. 19.1(b), 19.3. We therefore DENY appellant's motion. We advise appellant that we lack authority to consider any further motions in this appeal.
