Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 19, 2016, and August 7, 2017, and petitioner-appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered October 19, 2016,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Paul B. Watkins, Esq., dated October 10, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Francis C. Affronti, Esq., dated October 20, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted, and petitioner-appellant shall file the original and ten copies of the stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the consolidated appeals, together with proof of service, on or before December 11, 2017, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal taken from the order entered October 19, 2016, is hereby dismissed without further order.
