On March 17, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Houston, Texas, on April 20, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and this case was assigned to the undersigned judge. On January 13, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 48) informing the Court that, once revised tax computations are received, respondent's counsel will prepare a decision document for both parties' signatures. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before February 14, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
