On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the February 23, 1998 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is GRANTED. The parties are directed to include among the issues to be briefed whether this Court should overrule its decision in Hagerman v. Gencorp Automotive, 457 Mich. 720 (1998).
Cavanagh and Kelly, JJ., would remand the case to the Workers' Compensation Board of Magistrates for reconsideration in light of Hagerman v. Gencorp Automotive.
