DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellants for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Village of Westhampton Beach, Suffolk County, entered June 1, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellants perfect the appeal on or before March 31, 2023; and it is further, ORDERED that, in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before March 31, 2023, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
