In an action to declare chapters 806, 807, 808 and 809 of the Laws of 1955 unconstitutional and void, the appeal is from a judgment, entered on an order granting a motion to dismiss the complaint and declaring the said chapters constitutional and valid. Judgment unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
