ORDER
On January 13, 2016, Appellee Betsy Mecom asked this court for permission to supplement the record with documents that were not filed with the trial court, see TEX. R. CIV. P. 191.4(a)(1), but that may be filed if "necessary for a proceeding in an appellate court," see id. R. 191.4(c)(3).
The court requests a response from Appellant. If Appellant chooses to file a response, Appellant must file the response within TEN DAYS of the date of this order. See id. R. 10.1(b).
