Action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff when a step on a stairway in a building owned by defendants and in which he was a tenant crumbled and gave way. Judgment entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
