IT APPEARING from the Affidavit for Entry of Default, Default Judgment and Nonmilitary Service, that Defendants Red Wing Ltd., Interstate Commodity Express, Inc., Baldwin Trucking, Inc., All Freight Systems, Inc., Matlock Sons, Inc., Sunbelt Finance, LLC, Star Leasing, Inc., GH Transportation Company, Inc, Buccaneer Express, DMTC, Inc., Coast to Coast Transport, Inc., Northwest Connections, Inc., Wigharn Transport LLC, Meti-Span I, Ltd., Steed Brothers, Inc., Gulick Trucking, Inc., Transportation Brokerage, Potts Transport Co., Inc., Palmentere Bros. Cartage Service, Inc., National Carriers, Inc., Action Carrier, Inc., and Pan Western Corporation are not persons in the military service as defined by Section 101(1) of the Act of Congress approved October 17, 1940, or in any act of Congress or of the state legislature duly adopted and approved; (Docket No. 38).
