NO. 18-CI-00794 ORDER GRANTING TRANSFER , EXPEDITING BRIEFING, AND SETTING ORAL ARGUMENT
The parties' motions, pursuant to CR 74.02(1), to transfer the above-styled appeal and cross-appeal from the Court of Appeals to the Supreme Court of Kentucky are hereby granted in Case Numbers 2018-SC-000583-T and 2018-SC-000585-T.
The Clerk of the Court of Appeals of Kentucky is directed to forthwith transfer to this Court all the records and files in the above-styled actions.
The parties' motions to advance consideration of the appeal are granted and the following expedited briefing schedule is established:
Appellants' brief shall be filed on or before noon, Monday, December 10, 2018,
Cross-Appellants/Appellees' combined brief shall be filed on or before noon, Wednesday, January 2, 2019,
Cross-Appellees/Appellants' combined brief, shall be filed on or before noon, Tuesday, January 29, 2019.
Pursuant to CR 76.16, oral argument in the above-styled action will be heard, on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom.
Fifteen minutes will be allotted each side for argument.
