Modification granted to the extent of amending the decision and order of this Court entered on February 8, 2001 (Appeal Nos. 3247, 3248 and 3249) by deleting the second line of the first paragraph appearing on page 65, and substituting the following therefor: "entered January 25, 2000, February 10, 2000 and August 2, 2000, which, inter alia,". The word "defendant" appearing on the fourth line of the first paragraph on page 65 of said decision and order of this Court is deleted and the word "defend" is substituted therefor.
