DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION Withdraw Appeal on Stipulation
Application by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated July 27, 2011, September 7, 2011, and September 15, 2011, respectively, to withdraw the appeal from the order dated September 7, 2011, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-10240.
Upon the stipulation of the parties dated February 27, 2013, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal from the order dated September 7, 2011, is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
