ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated June 20, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal by Jady P. from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 28, 2012, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the date "July 24, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "July 26, 2013."
