Motion by the appellant to transfer an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated October 18, 2012, to the Appellate Division, First Department.

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to renew her prior motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, as provided by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 30, 2013, is extended until April 9, 2013.
