Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict of the jury was against the weight of evidence on the questions of plaintiff's freedom from contributory negligence and defendant's negligence. Jenks, P.J., Thomas, Carr, Stapleton and Putnam, JJ., concurred.
