For the reasons this date given in the case Guillory v. Morein, (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1985), the judgment in favor of Guaranty National Insurance Company is reversed and set aside, and the case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings. Costs of this appeal are to be borne by Guaranty National Insurance Company, with the remaining costs assessment to await the outcome of the trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
