Wen-Dic Constr v. Ingersoll-Rand Fin

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Jan 31, 1986
481 So. 2d 1315 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1986)

Opinion

No. 85-1068.

January 31, 1986.

Appeal from a nonfinal order of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County; James B. Sanderlin, Judge.

Daniel B. Schuh of Schuh Schuh, St. Petersburg, for appellant.

Steven L. Brannock and Reginald Weatherly of Holland Knight, Tampa, for appellee.

We treat the order before us for review as a nonfinal order in replevin granting appellee immediate possession of collateral under a security agreement between the parties. We do so because there are other issues requiring judicial labor in the trial court. We have considered appellant's arguments and find them to be without merit. Therefore we affirm.

SCHEB, A.C.J., and DANAHY and CAMPBELL, JJ., concur.
