MEMORANDUM OPINION
On June 15, 2007, appellants' notice of appeal was filed with this Court. On June 18, 2007, we notified appellants in separate letters that the $125 filing fee and docketing statement were due. Each letter gave appellants ten days to pay the filing fee and file the docketing statement. We cautioned appellants that the failure to comply with our directives within the time allowed would result in the appeal being dismissed without further notice. To date, appellants have not paid the filing fee, filed a docketing statement, or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding this appeal.
In a letter dated July 24, 2007, we notified appellants the district clerk had informed the Court that the clerk's record had not been filed due to nonpayment by appellants. We instructed appellants to provide the Court, on or before August 3, 2007, with written verification that appellants had paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record. We again cautioned appellants that the failure to comply with our directives within the time allowed would result in the appeal being dismissed without further notice. To date, appellants have not provided the Court with the written verification requested or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal.
Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, we DISMISS this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 32.1, 37.3(b), 42.3(c), Appendix to the Tex. R. App. P. (B)(1)(a).
