In Re: Kelvin Wells, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 615,674.

BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., WELCH AND CRAIN, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. Relator, Kelvin Wells, filed a pro se application for writ of mandamus, requesting this Court to order the district court and the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court "to perform their administrative duties and Grant Petitioner Relief." This Court is unable to determine with any degree of certainty the relief relator is seeking from the submissions in the writ application. Accordingly, the writ is denied on the showing made.
