Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated March 21, 2019, and two orders of the same court dated September 12, 2019, and October 10, 2019, respectively. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals on the ground that the appeals have been rendered academic.

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed.
