On July 7, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a status report in this case indicating that she has not had any contact with petitioner and therefore there has been no progress on a stipulation of facts in this case. Also on July 7, 2023, petitioner contacted Chambers via telephone and left a voicemail informing the Court that he was still attempting to gain access to DAWSON. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at a remote Special Trial Session scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. (ET) on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. Columbus, Ohio shall be listed as the place of trial of this remote Special Trial Session. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further ORDERED that the Court's February 16, 2023 Standing Pretrial Order remains in full force and effect.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties and further notice will not be given.
