This case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 5, 2023, for cases where the place of trial is Columbus, Ohio. Petitioner appeared and orally moved the Court to continue this case. Counsel for respondent appeared and objected to petitioner's oral motion. After due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's oral motion is granted, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before June 19, 2023, file with the Court a joint report or separate reports as to the then present status of this case. The parties shall include in their reports any progress made with regard to preparing a stipulation of facts for trial and Mr. Wellington shall advise the Court of his progress in obtaining access to DAWSON, if any progress has been made. ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court.
