The judgment is to be modified to provide (1) that the plaintiff recover of the defendant the sum of $62,000, with interest and costs; (2) that the defendant take nothing on her counterclaims and that the same be dismissed; and (3) that the defendant take nothing on her third-party claims and that the same be dismissed. As so modified the judgment is affirmed, with double costs from April 2, 1981, and interest from that date on the amount of the judgment (including the interest provided therein) at the rate of twelve percent per annum.
