The Court having reviewed the parties' Stipulation, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is DISMISSED with prejudice in its entirety pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1). All upcoming dates and deadlines are VACATED. Each party is to bear their own fees and costs.
