On December 15, 2023, the parties filed a joint settlement stipulation. [Doc. 12.] On January 2, 2024, the parties filed another joint settlement stipulation. [Doc. 13.] After the Court's review, it appears that the first settlement stipulation did not contain the attachment referenced therein and the second filing corrected that omission. We will strike the first filing from the record. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the joint settlement stipulation [Doc. 12] filed December 15, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record.
