ORDER
On October 11, 2016, this court issued a stay of proceedings to satisfy the judgment in the underlying cause, including execution of a writ of possession. On October 24, 2016, the trial court set bond in the amount of $10,750.00. Appellant has not filed a supersedeas bond in the amount set by the court. Appellee has filed a motion to lift the stay.
We grant the motion, order the stay lifted, and order that post-judgment proceedings may proceed as authorized by law.
