Before the Court is the joint motion to dismiss the appeal of appellant and appellees because the parties have settled their differences. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(A)(1).
JUDGMENT
In accordance with this Court's opinion of this date, the appeal is DISMISSED.
Subject to any agreement among the parties, it is ORDERED that appellees TRI-STAR CONSTRUCTION, INC., AND AHLFS &ARTHUR, LLC recover their costs of this appeal from appellant WEIR BROTHERS CONTRACTING, LLC.
