On May 28, 2024, docket entry 27, the Court ordered petitioner to file a response, if any, to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment on or before July 15, 2024, subject to the administrative recording being filed by respondent. On July 12, 2024, docket entry 31, respondent filed the Declaration of Laurence P. Velazquez, which included exhibits comprising the administrative record in this case.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the time in which petitioner shall file a response, if any, to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment is extended from July 15, 2024, to August 15, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to this Order a copy of the Court's Order dated May 28, 2024, docket entry 27, to this Order.
