ORDER
This matter is before the Court on defense counsel Michael W. Currie's "Motion of the Liberty Township Defendants to Allow Attorney of Record to Appear in Place of the Trial Attorney at Status Conference, Scheduled for October 14, 2010." Because the defendant has represented that defense counsel Michele L. Noble is fully prepared to address all issues at the status conference, the Motion is GRANTED. Michele L. Noble accordingly is permitted to appear for the defendant Township of Liberty, Ohio at the status conference on October 14, 2010. IT IS SO ORDERED.
