Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to appellant to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence, and also on the ground that the jury adopted a wrong measure of damages. Jenks, P.J., Rich, Putnam, Kelly and Jaycox, JJ., concur.
