On July 5, 2011, this court filed an order granting appellant's counsel's motion to withdraw. The July order cautioned appellant that if it did not retain counsel, the appeal may be dismissed as abandoned. To date, appellant has not responded to this court's order. We therefore,
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
