JUDGMENT
The Court received plaintiff's letter dated May 21, 2004, requesting an order dismissing the complaint with prejudice. Therein, plaintiff has asserted that it cannot plead any further set of facts. Accordingly, the order dismissing the complaint is now final. JUDGMENT IS HEREBY ENTERED in favor of defendants Recording Industry Association of America, Inc., Universal Music Group, Inc., Warner Music Group, Inc., Bertelsmann Music Group, Inc., Sony Music Entertainment, Inc., and Capitol-EMI Music, Inc.
The Clerk of the Court shall CLOSE the file.
