Opinion

No. 05-08-00178-CR

Opinion issued April 23, 2008. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex. R. App. P. 47

On Appeal from the 363rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F04-53543-W.

Before Justices MOSELEY, FRANCIS, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Shane Antrown Webb pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver cocaine in an amount of four grams or more but less than 200 grams. He also pleaded true to one enhancement paragraph. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at twenty years' imprisonment. The trial court's rule 25.2(d) certification, which states the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal, is supported by the record. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
