Supreme Court — Dismissal — No debatable constitutional question involved — Will contest — Undue influence — Testator an addict of intoxicants — Children who tolerated drinking received larger portions of estate — Verdict directed against contestants.

APPEAL from the Court of Appeals of Morrow county.

It is ordered and adjudged that said appeal as of right be, and the same hereby is, dismissed for the reason that no debatable constitutional question is involved in said cause.
