AMENDED JUDGMENT
Based upon this Court's Order, dated July 3, 2003, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, the Court hereby clarifies the interest calculation on the attorneys fees and costs award in this Amended Judgment;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiffs have judgment against the Defendants for their fees and costs associated with the appeal of Webb III in the amounts of $20,773.63 with interest at a rate of 1.77% per annum until paid in full from the entry of judgment by the Ninth Circuit on April 4, 2002, and $9,002.41 with interest at a rate of 1.13% per annum until paid in full from the entry of judgment by the District Court for United States Supreme Court and District Court fees and costs on July 3, 2003.
