OPINION AND ORDER
On September 23, 2015, the Magistrate Judge issued a Report and Recommendation recommending that this action be dismissed pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for failure to prosecute. ECF No. 9. Although the parties were advised of the right to object to the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation, and of the consequences of failing to do so, no objections have been filed.
The Report and Recommendation, ECF No. 9, is ADOPTED and AFFIRMED. This action is hereby DISMISSED. The Clerk is DIRECTED to remove the Motion to Dismiss, ECF No. 8, from the docket.
