ORDER

On March 13, 2024, petitioner filed in the above-docketed matter an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. However, petitioner simultaneously also submitted payment of the Court's $60.00 filing fee, thereby reflecting an absence of inability to pay.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied as moot.
