ORDER DISMISSING ACTION


By order filed July 12, 2004, the Court directed plaintiff to show cause, no later than July 28, 2004, why the above-titled action should not be dismissed in light of plaintiff's failure to file proof of service of her amended complaint on defendant. To date, plaintiff has not responded to the order to show cause.

Accordingly, the above-titled action is hereby DISMISSED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
