ORDER

The court reporter responsible for filing the reporter's record in this appeal has filed a notification of late record, stating that the appellant has failed to file a designation of record. TEX. R. APP. P. 34.6(b)(1). We ORDER the appellant to file written proof in this court, on or before January 29 , 2016 , that he has filed a designation of record with the court reporter.

The notification of late record further states that the court reporter has numerous other records due in other appeals and requests a thirty-day extension of time for the court reporter to file the record in this appeal. The extension is GRANTED. The reporter's record is due on February 22 , 2016 .
